The video includes a series of five 10-minute workout routines designed to hit every major muscle group to help you shed pounds and inches quickly.
The exercises in this workout are based upon drills created by personal trainer Bob Harper, which he used to whip contestants into shape on the popular reality series, The Biggest Loser.
I found the workouts to be quite easy and fun. I really appreciated the fact that the people in the video were of different ages, sizes and fitness levels making this workout DVD realistic. No matter where you are in regards to your fitness level, there was an example on screen for you to follow. If you’re short on time or just don’t feel like doing a full 45 minute to an hour workout, no worries! These workouts are shortened and packed with moves that will allow you to get the same results in a shorter amount of time.
The Biggest Loser franchise has many more DVD’s that I plan on trying as well and I’m excited that Netflix has each them available as part of my subscription. It’s a really great way to try many different kinds of workouts without breaking your wallet taking classes at a gym. Next up for me, Tony Little: Body Express Ab Reduction.
